Legal
Privacy Policy.
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how FlowOpz (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit our website, contact us, book a call, or work with us on GoHighLevel and workflow automation projects.
1. Information we collect
- Information you send us: when you use our contact form we collect your full name, business email, company or agency name, the service you need, your estimated timeline and any project details you share. We also keep the emails and messages you send us.
- Newsletter: when you subscribe through the form in our website footer we collect your name, email address and any message you add, and use them to send you our emails. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can ask us to remove you at any time.
- Booking information: when you book a call through our scheduling tool (Cal.com), the details you enter, such as your name, email, chosen time and notes, are processed by that provider and shared with us.
- Technical information: our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of the visit.
- Spam protection: to keep bots out, our contact form checks submissions for spam and uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical information about your browser and device to tell people and bots apart. Turnstile is subject to Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
- Client project data: when we work inside your systems (for example your CRM, automations or email platform), we may access personal data you control, such as your leads and customers. See section 6.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiries and schedule calls.
- To scope, deliver, document and support the services you hire us for.
- To send invoices, updates and project communication.
- To keep our website and systems secure and working properly.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our website, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive. We never use it to identify you personally.
- If you accept cookies: Google Analytics may set cookies (named
_gaand_ga_*) that remember your browser between visits, for up to 2 years. - If you reject cookies: no analytics or advertising cookies are set. Google Analytics only receives anonymous, cookie-free signals (for example, that a page was viewed) without any identifier that recognises you or your browser.
- Necessary storage: we store your cookie choice and basic form protection data in your browser so the site works as expected. These do not track you.
You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. Third-party tools embedded on the site, such as our booking calendar (Cal.com) and spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), may set their own cookies needed for them to work, governed by their own privacy policies.
4. Who we share information with
We only share information with service providers that help us run our business, and only as much as they need:
- Website hosting (Hostinger)
- Scheduling (Cal.com)
- Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
- Website analytics (Google Analytics)
- Email and communication providers
- CRM and automation platforms we use to manage enquiries and projects (for example GoHighLevel)
We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business.
5. International transfers
We work with clients worldwide, and our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to make sure your information stays protected wherever it is processed.
6. Data we handle for clients
When we build or maintain systems for you, we access your data only as needed to do the agreed work, follow your instructions, keep it confidential, and do not use it for any other purpose. You remain responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process the personal data stored in your own systems.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Enquiries that don’t lead to a project are usually deleted within 24 months. Project and billing records are kept as long as required for legal and accounting purposes.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls and secure, reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email info@flowopz.com. We will respond within 30 days.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
